Summary

The subject matter of this session will include an update on the CPG titled Physical Therapy for Adults Following Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Heart Failure published in Physical Therapy Fall 2019. In this session, the presentation will include results uncovered following critical appraisal of the literature on appropriate interventions for patients across the continuum of care. We will discuss the current standards of practice and present three case studies of patients that reflect appropriate interventions.
